Utilizing digital patient interaction / triaging to improve the patient experience and organizational efficiency

The aim with this work-package (WP) is to evaluate how digital patient interaction with or without triaging can improve the experience at the same time as improving the efficiency of the health care organization. Triaging is by some seen as the ultimate dream of how we can use the computers to assist doctors to make diagnostic decision. The objective with this WP is to understand how different approaches can be taken to leverage a digital patient interaction to enable effective health care delivery with more satisfied patients.

This is applicable both for primary care and out-patient clinics.
